The sequence decides:

First, specialist tour operators get our AI platform. They grow with it. They increase the value of their own company.

Only then do we talk about equity.

We only take over what is growing. Turnaround cases do not interest me.

I have done this once before: acquired ten companies, integrated them onto one platform, sold the group to a private equity investor. The return was never in the purchase price. It was in the integration afterward.

What worked in financial services works here just the same. The market is fragmented, the software is outdated, and in many businesses succession is an open question.

For the first acquisition wave, we are currently talking to private equity investors about €20 million.
