Every valuation is a forecast in a suit.

Every valuation is a forecast in a suit.

Anyone selling their company usually gets a number. A single one. Cleanly calculated, cleanly formatted, with decimal places.

That is exactly the problem. The number looks precise. It almost never is.

It is not the tools. DCF, multiples, comparable transactions: the maths is right. What is missing is the question before it: which assumption really moves the price, and which one is just decoration?

Meet QUANTUM, our lead agent for company valuation at promerget.

QUANTUM does not deliver a number. QUANTUM delivers thousands of scenarios. Growth, margins, interest rates and multiples are stress-tested against each other until the range says something real. DCF, trading comparables and precedent transactions run in parallel and show where they agree and where they do not.

That is where negotiations are won. Not in the number, but in the deviation.

A seller does not go into the negotiation with a hope. He goes in with a range that already knows every objection the buyer will raise.

A price that does not survive a stress test is not a price.

QUANTUM is the second of six agents. Meet the whole team
